Life at SBBC

Balancing academics, ministry, and community

Student Experience

Why Balance is Important

Developing a holistic approach to education, ministry, and personal growth. The Christian life is enjoyed most when there is a proper balance.

Students come to SBBC to receive an education and to be trained in a local church setting, with continuous opportunities to serve the Lord.

However, college life is not only about study and ministry. Life-long memories and friendships are made in college. SBBC recognizes that the college experience depends on the spiritual condition of the heart.

"My son, give me thine heart, and let thine eyes observe my ways."

— Proverbs 23:26

SBBC does not exist only to train the mind or the body, but to touch the heart.
